“DJ K is making a brand new dnb / jungle mix project for completion this month. I am looking for new talented producers, as well as established ones to feature in the mix. As with the spirit of my previous CDs, it is the individual tracks, and not necessarily the reputation of the producer that I am looking at.
For anyone that has gotten a hold of bloodclot ragga jungle vol.2, the mix speaks for itself. At the time, all tunes were dubplates. Now, a few years later, most tracks have been officially released successfully. I am hoping to showcase & promote a lot of new tunes & producers with a fresh angle.
I have already secured almost 50% of this mix with my own new dubplates and a few releases & unreleased tracks from artists in the ragga-jungle & breakcore community. What is left is that other 50%. This community has been very generous and friendly in the past, and for that I am grateful. This is why I bring my request to r-j once again.
The theme is “new”, “unique” and with a hint of summer. Although it will feature some classic new-style ragga jungle, I am looking more now to explore new fresh ideas. If you are interested in contributing, please drop me a line.”
