DJ Shamus is a veteran Drum & Bass DJ and Producer from NYC.
Over the past 12 years he’s spun his unique brand of hard, dark jungle at venues such as Limelight, Tunnel, Wetlands, Palladium, Miklweg, Buzz, Fever and Shelter.
Shamus was an active participant in the early East Coast Drum & Bass scene; He’s a primary founder of the Snowball Collective, a DC-based events production and promotion organization credited with producing dozens of one off and recurring events, including many of DC’s first warehouse parties.
Over his career Shamus has performed alongside The Orb, Jah Works, 311, Jamalski, Aphrodite, Kemistry and Storm, DJ Rap, Deee-Lite, AK1200, DJ Trace any many others. His works have also been featured in High Times, URB and Mugshot magazines.
