The Run Tingz Cru is an energetic artist collective from Bristol UK, with a unique style of Reggae influenced electronic dance music. The cru take inspiration from the old
school Jungle sounds of the 90s and bring it up to date with the heavy bass lines and modern production techniques that dominate our airwaves today. “Run Tingz

The label is committed to working with artists across the Dance music and Reggae communities, and with an international distribution deal signed with the Mighty Nu-
Urban Music, the Run Tingz sound can be heard as far as Japan and across the atlantic. The most recent single, Informer, is a tough Jungle / DnB riddim expertly ridden by Blackout J.A’s gravel-throated ragga flow and the insightful lyrics from rising Hip-Hop star, K*Ners. The accompanying video features Walford’s original slappers; Pat Butcher and Peggy Mitchell, it expresses the pure hyped-up energy that the Run Tingz Cru bring to the dance and is blowing up having received over 10,000+ hits on Youtube in its first week!

Run Tingz Recordings was founded by UK producers and promoters G.Tactix & LXP, their releases so far have featured official colaborations with the likes of YT, Blackout
J.A, Daddy Freddy, K*Ners, and this year they have already been working in the recording studio with Congo Natty legends TopCat and Lady MC, David Boomah and
Solo Banton on releases that are dure to drop in 2011…

The cru were recently featured on BBC Introducing and are already receiving support from leading playaz in the scene such as the Serial Killaz, KOOL FM / Knowledge &
Wisdom DJ’s Souljah & Terry T and from the ledgendary Chopstick Dubplate crew with the likes of Jacky Murda and Aries. Their last single Born Inna Babylon” (feat.YT)
charted at No.2 on Juno’s DnB download chart, second only to Shy FX’s Raver and was described by I-DJ magazine as a “Big time feel good reggae roller, straight out of the badlands of Bristol”.

Informer is out on promo from March 2011 and will be getting a full international and digital release by mid April.… With an upcoming European tour and a summer packed
full of festival shows, 2011 is the year that the Run Tingz Cru are doing their part to bring Jungle back in a big way!
