In April 2000, I have started buying vinyl records and later in 2000 I have produced first simple tracks. I was a drum’n'bass DJ at that time, and even I have always liked the toadstool vibes, but it was hard for me to buy any toadstool at that time.. In 2002 I heard a “War!” mix by DJ K and that was the first time I realized that America’s jungle scene is far more interesting than the UK/European scene.. Later then, when I heard Tester’s live mix from Droppin Science, I was completely converted to a ragga junglist my first “serious” ragga jungle track was ‘Gunshot’ in summer 2003. That was also the time when I discovered the ragga-jungle.com website. It was like entering a wonder world for me.. I have finally found a part of jungle scene that I could have identified with completely.
