About: Nick Disjunkt started playing in 1999, first playing publicly on the Audiophile Sound System at London squat parties. His music style has developed from hip-hop, through tech-step to the mashed up ragga and amen style that he plays on the Disjunkt Sound System today. He started collecting speakers and amplifiers and in 2004 the full System was completed in its current incarnation. Nick has been playing frequently ever since on european teknival tours, in the London squat scene and at clubnights like family groove at Mass in Brixton, and gener8r at Lakota in Bristol.
